QUESTIONS
1. How do I book?
Easy! You can book via telephone or you can simply fill
in the booking form located here.
2. I am an organised event can you advise
me on what castles I can have?
Of course! As a business/ Event Adult inflatables / Slides
are available only. No extra usage charges apply.
3. How much notice do I need to give for
a booking?
Obviously the earlier that you book the better it is for
you, there's nothing worse than not having that bouncy
castle on your big day because you forgot to book it!

How much does it cost?

What do the prices include?
Well, we will bring the castle to you, we will set it up for you, provide you with
blower and circuit breaker then we will take it away for
you too.

When are your bouncy castles available?
7 days a week, 330 days a year :)

How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver
and set up your castle between 8 am and 12 noon(9-12 in
winter) we will
then come and take the castle away after your party has
finished usually from 6 pm onwards although pick up time
can be arranged to suit it can be no later than 8 pm.(7pm
latest in winter)
8. Do you hire overnight?
Yes no problem, it is a set fee of £25 for the total
booking so if you hire 2 castles and 2 games all you pay
is £25. Just add this on when you go to the bookings
page.
9.
When do I pay?
We have not set payment online yet so we would ask
payment be made on the day. Over a certain amount (£100
at present) we would ask for a deposit to secure the
booking.

How do I pay?
We prefer cash but a cheque
UPTO
the cheque guarantee card is accepted.
(so if your cost is £120 but your card says £100 you
will need 2 cheques waiting or a combination of cash and
cheque.)
11. How does the insurance work?
Are you fully insured?
We are fully insured
for the equipment we hire out. We cannot be held
responsible for how your guests behave. As with all hire
companies once the equipment is checked over it is in
you care and you responsible for it.
12. What if I need to cancel?
Please ensure you give us enough notice if you intend to
cancel. Cancellations within 3 days before the booking
will be charged in full. If you cancel due to weather
conditions no charge is made.
13. What if it does rains?
We advise to ring us the day before or early on the
day and ask us for advice.
14. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a
slope?
A small slope will be fine, a large slope no.
15. How long does it take to set
up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and
20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate,
times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
16. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front
and rear of castle and 2 feet either side this is to
allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure
all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides,
patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area
where the castle is to be sited.
17. When I hire the castle is there
anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle,
you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply,
also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e.
Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of
the hire agreement.
18. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every
hire.
19. Is there an age limit for children
using the kids castle?
Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and
including the age of 12 unless specified otherwise. See
individual castle on the front page for specific amounts
of children per castle.
