Can I book online?

We recommend booking our products online for a quick and easy experience. Simply choose your desired product and complete the booking form. Alternatively, contact us by phone on Tel: 0800 542 9773 or Mob: 07462011181.

Do I need to book in advance? How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

To avoid disappointment, especially in the summer season (May-Sep), we recommend booking in advance. Usually, there are more products available if you book 4-6 weeks in advance.

Obviously, the earlier that you book the better it is for you, there's nothing worse than not having that bouncy castle on your big day because you forgot to book it!

Last-minute booking is also available, subject to product/driver availability. For the same day delivery, please call or text on our mob. 07462011181

When do I pay? How do I pay?

We accept online payment (all major cards accepted), Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

All outstanding balances must be settled in full before the start of your Hire Period or paid in Cash On Delivery. Payment for events including weddings must be paid in full up to 48 hours before the Hire Period.

Are you a business, school, council, event, hiring for commercial or public use?

To keep costs down, we'll pay the VAT for private domestic bookings. However, for all businesses, schools, councils, all events, charities, and any commercial or public use, a 20% VAT charge will be added to your order after booking. If you're VAT registered, you can request a VAT invoice to reclaim this.

A refundable deposit? Overnight hire, Wedding, Public Events, Festivals, Village Fairs.

We may require a refundable deposit of £50 to £100 if we deem it necessary.

For all overnight hires will require a refundable deposit of £50 to £100. For events like weddings, public events, public fields, festivals, village fairs, fetes, and overnight hires, we'll likely need a £100 refundable cash deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon collection.

If our equipment is found dirty upon collection (e.g., with food, sweets, cakes, confetti, mud, or if the equipment has been intentionally wet for water games), you will be liable for any damage, cleaning costs, and missing parts. Additionally, if the soft play balls from the ball pool aren't collected and placed in the provided sack when we arrive, a £50 charge will apply.

Access and Setup Area. What if garden is not suitable for the Castle?

When choosing the site that Equipment will be set upon You must ensure that the site is suitable and meets the following:

Setup Area

You are responsible for ensuring a clear and level setup area with sufficient space for the equipment. The size of products, along with the space it requires and any specific access needs, are all detailed on the individual product pages.

On the day of installation, You must ensure that the location is free of all obstacles, debris, animals waste, and pets that may obstruct Our staff. We reserve the right to refuse setup if the designated area is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

You will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply (a standard UK household socket) within 25 metres, please let us know if it further away.

Setup Surfaces

The play equipment must be set up on a flat, stable, and clean surface. Typical suitable surfaces include:

Outdoors: Grass

Indoors: Smooth, hard surfaces, (e.g., wood flooring, carpets, sports hall flooring)

Artificial Grass (Fake Grass): If you have artificial grass (also known as fake grass) in your garden outdoors, you must check with us beforehand to see if it's suitable for setting up the equipment.

To secure Equipment bouncy castles/inflatables to the ground on grass outdoors (real or artificial, if approved), we'll use 40cm commercial pegs.

To secure Equipment bouncy castles/inflatables to the floor indoors, we will use sandbags.

Important! Bouncy castles and other inflatable play equipment cannot be set up on hard outdoor surfaces such as concrete, tarmac, patios, paving slabs, etc.

Cancellation on arrival is NOT possible, the customer will be charged in full.

Access to the Garden/Hall.

We will require a free Parking space for our VAN in front of the House/Venue.

There should be adequate access to your house/garden/hall without obstructions including a staircase higher than 5 steps. Make sure you have checked the Required Access Width, access to the garden should be wide enough for the trolley and the Inflatable. You can check products dimensions on the product page "Size" tab. T & Cs apply.

How much space is needed for outdoor and indoor? What if Hall or Garden is too small for the castle?

You will need an additional 3-4ft (90-120cm) gap in front of the castle for the safety mat and about 3-4ft (90-120cm) behind the castle for the blower (the blower can stay on the hard surface, that`s OK). Also, a 1-2ft (30cm-50cm) gap is required on both sides.

For indoor bookings, please ensure that the ceiling is high enough for the height of the castle.

How long do I get the equipment for?

Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle any time between 7am - 12noon, we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished, usually from 4pm - 9pm.

A more specific delivery/collection time available. When booking online, you can arrange for early delivery or late collection, or other specific time slot.

Multiple days hire and overnight hire also available.

Do you charge for cancellation? What if the weather forecast a rainy day?

The Booking Fee/Non-Refundable Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This emphasizes that there are no exceptions to this policy.

We do our best to make sure your booking goes ahead. Our priority is delivering the Equipment and Service you've booked.
While we can't control the weather, please note our charges remain the same regardless of the weather conditions. That means we'll deliver your order even if rain is forecast or there are intermittent showers.
However, in adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking as specified in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you provide supervision/manning?

Unfortunately, we do not provide supervision. The setup and collection are included in the hire price. If the setup/collection is not included, you will be notified with the booking confirmation email.

Can the Bouncy Castle be set up on a slope?

A gentle slope is OK, a deep slope no. If not sure, please contact us for assistance.

When I hire your products what do I need to provide?

You'll need a standard UK mains power supply (a 240-volt plug socket) within 25 metres. If it's any further away, please let us know. We don't provide a generator ourselves. In case there are no sockets within 25 and 50 metres, you'll need to bring your generator.

We may ask you to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Driving Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castle takes approx. 15-30 minutes to set up/pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire and how close we can park our Van. E.g. Standard Bouncy Castle setup 15-30mins; Soft Play & Ball Pool 15-30mins; Soft Play & Ball Pool + Bouncy Castle 30-45mins; Assault Course 30-60mins.

Do you hire overnight? Is multiple days hire available?

Yes, overnight hire and multiple days hire available. Subject to availability and a small charge.

What do the prices include?

We will bring the castle to you, we will set it up for you, go through the Health and Safety aspects then once you're finished we will take it away for you too.

I am an organised event can you advise me on what castles I can have?

When are your bouncy castles available?

7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes, we provide a detailed Risk Assessment and a pictorial Safety sheet with every hire.

How does the insurance work? Are you fully insured?

We are fully insured for the equipment we hire out (5m Public Liability Insurance)

All our inflatables tested annually. All electrical equipment PAT tested. We cannot be held responsible for how your guests behave. As with all hire companies once the equipment is checked over it is in your care and you are responsible for it.

Is there an age limit for children using the kid's castle?

All our Bouncy Castles for children are suitable up to and including the age of 12 unless specified otherwise. See individual castles on the front page for specific amounts of children per castle.

Can I hire a Bouncy castle for adults?

Yes, we can provide Bouncy Castle hire for adults, Sports Inflatables, Games, etc..
