Job Vacancies: Self-Employed Delivery Partners (Weekends)

We are seeking dedicated Self-Employed Delivery Partners with their own Long Wheel-Based (LWB) Vans to help deliver our premium equipment throughout Surrey and Hampshire. A perfect role for people looking to supplement their income or those who already have a "Man with a Van" business during the week.
Local Requirement: Due to the early start times and the nature of the rounds, applicants must live within 30 minutes of our base in Guildford.
The Role

Loading: Organising and loading the equipment for your specific stops into your van at our base before the round starts.

Delivery & Setup: Transporting inflatables to various venues and ensuring they are safely set up and ready for the party.

Collection: Returning to the site to safely deflate, pack, and collect the equipment.

Unloading: Returning to our base at the end of the shift to unload all equipment and ensure it is stored correctly.

Customer Service: Acting as the face of our company by providing a friendly and professional service.
Working Hours & Shift Flexibility
This is primarily a Weekend Position (Saturdays & Sundays). You can apply for both days or just one.

Variable Start & Finish Times: Because our schedule depends entirely on customer bookings, we cannot provide fixed daily hours. On some days, you may be required to start as early as 5 am – 6 am, while other days may have a later start (e.g., 9 am – 12 pm).

Collections: Similarly, collection times vary. You might finish your round early (e.g., 5 pm – 7 pm) or as late as 8 pm – 10 pm during the peak summer season.

Availability: We generally require you to be available for the whole day for your scheduled shift, as the exact timing of your round is confirmed based on that week's bookings.

Flexible Partnership: We can agree for you to work only certain months or seasons (e.g., Summer only), provided this is agreed upon in advance.
Delivery Areas
We primarily deliver to the GU and KT postcode areas, including Guildford, Woking, Farnborough, Camberley, Farnham, and Leatherhead and all surrounding towns and villages.
Competitive Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: Start at £18/hr (first 3 months), increasing to £20/hr thereafter.

Annual Increases: A 2–5% annual raise based on performance and national inflation.

Mileage: £0.30 per mile starting rate (increases to £0.35 after one year).

Seasonal Workload & Earning Potential
The number of stops and your total daily earnings fluctuate throughout the year based on our booking volume:

❄️ Winter Season (December – February)
Note on Earnings: Total daily pay is calculated based on your hourly rate (starting at £18/hr - £20/hr after 3 month) plus your mileage (£0.30/mile - £0.35/mile after 1 year). Busy summer days naturally result in higher pay due to longer hours and more stops. Estimated Mileage: You can typically expect to cover between 30 – 100 miles per day.
Requirements

Location: Must live within 30 minutes of Guildford.

Vehicle & Equipment: Your own Long Wheel-Based (LWB) VAN and a heavy-duty trolley.

Insurance: Valid Public Liability (Min £1M), Goods in Transit, and Hire & Reward insurance.

Technology: A smartphone to use our dedicated Driver App.

Language & Licence: Valid UK driving licence and at least basic English.

Physical Fitness: Capability to lift and move heavy inflatable equipment during loading and setup.
